Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your account, and the personal data tied to it, in the two apps published by ONEREQ PRO, LLC: Homigo, the app for homeowners, and ONEREQ PRO Field, the app for technicians. It summarizes Section 11 (Account Deletion) of our Privacy Policy.

Homigo (for homeowners)

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to Homigo and open Account
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete account

You can do the same from your service company’s customer portal in a web browser.

Can’t sign in? Ask us by email

Email privacy@onereqpro.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Homigo account” and the name of your service company. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Immediately: your sign-in (email, password and preferences), your push-notification registrations and any fingerprint or Face ID sign-in tokens. You are signed out and can no longer use the app or the portal.
• Within 30 days: your name, email, phone number, addresses, equipment records, uploaded photos and the in-app messages you sent.

What is kept, and for how long

• Invoices and payment records for work already done stay in your service company’s books (and with Stripe, under its own retention policy) to meet U.S. tax and accounting rules. They are separated from your deleted account.
• Encrypted backups keep deleted data for up to 35 days before it is purged.

ONEREQ PRO Field (for technicians)

Field accounts are created by your employer, the home-service company that subscribes to ONEREQ PRO. To delete yours:

• Ask your company’s administrator to remove you from the team, or
• Email privacy@onereqpro.com from your work email, with the subject “Delete my Field account” and the name of your company.

We verify the request and complete it within 30 days: your sign-in and push-notification registrations are deleted, and your contact details are removed. Jobs, invoices and other work records you created belong to your employer and stay in their account. Encrypted backups are purged within 35 days.
